Voice: The Art Of Being Wrong
    Anders Indset
How do we deal with the current challenges? Change is not a natural law, but it is possible. Change is all we have. Adaptability and the search for better ideas are skills required in the 21st Century. Today, we realize we do not solve finite problems: we create better problems. In times of uncertainties and instability, it is the one that does not only expect change but furthermore embraces change, ambiguities, and paradoxes that will make progress. At the heart of every successful organization lies trust in the future. A future in which collaboration and co-creation, and carrying an open mind, builds the foundation of strong company culture. Anders Indset believes that only if we free ourselves from what we hold to be self-evident, can we be open to a new world. We need more local and more global. More short-term and more long-term. More stability and more creative chaos. The goal is a corporate environment aiming for positive progress and prosperity for posterity.
